ITAE - CNR
Institute of Advanced Technologies for Energy “Nicola Giordano”, Italian National Research Council.
It carries out researches on technologies for energy applications, aimed to improve efficiency and reduce the environmental impacts of energy production, transformation and storage processes. Currently almost all ITAE activities are focused on fuel cells and related systems development. Most of the research is conducted within National and European projects and financed by both government and industry funds.

ENEA
Energy and the Environment, is a state agency working in energy, environment and new technologies fields to support policies for Italian competitiveness and sustainable development.
Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Project guide-lines are dedicated both to develop advanced technologies for hydrogen production, storage and usage and to overtake those barriers that hinder its adoption. These activities are carried out in collaboration with the most important national and international research centres.

CIRPS*
The institutional mission is promote and carry out research, education and cooperation activities for an economic and social sustainable development, cooperating with enterprises and international agencies and networks.
It belong to University of Roma “La Sapienza” and encompasses nine Italian universities.
The main research areas of CIRPS’ Energy and Environment Group are related to natural resources “close cycles” scheme, and focused on “zero emission” innovative energy systems in transport and stationary sectors, renewable energy resources and hydrogen energy system.
